As a Program Manager at Locke Solutions, you will hold a pivotal role in orchestrating and overseeing the execution of multiple projects simultaneously directly and through the management of Project Management team members. You will be responsible for coordinating various aspects of project management, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget constraints, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead, manage, and develop Project Management team members.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including task scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams and departments to ensure seamless project execution.
- Manage document flow within projects, including acquisition, sharing, and filing of documentation.
- Prepare and submit technical documents such as submittal packages, change order requests, and work breakdown structures.
- Design templates for project documents and maintain the document database for efficient retrieval and archiving. Implement and improve document control procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.
**Successful Results**:
- Timely initiation of project documentation within 3 days of project award.
- Comprehensive documentation archive at project completion.
- Continuous improvement of document control processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Facilitation of timely sharing of critical documents to support project milestones.
- Consistent formatting of forms and adherence to project filing procedures.
- Effective communication and collaboration with project stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in project management or coordination (preferred).
