We are seeking an experienced Agile Program Manager to oversee an enterprise initiative to enhance cyber risk management in a large oil and gas organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agile practices, experience in waterfall projects and program management, and background large programs that have multiple stakeholders across various organizations.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience managing enterprise programs with multiple stakeholders across different organizations.
  • Experience in waterfall project management for large programs.
  • Strong background in agile practices and methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity and risk management principles (nice to have but preferred).
