Email Marketing Associate
Salary Range
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $60,000 to $65,000 annually. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location.

Reporting Structure
The Email Marketing Associate reports directly to the Email Marketing Manager.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Support the execution of email and SMS campaigns through working with creative team to build campaigns, setting up creatives, and QA final test emails and SMS
- Partner with email marketing manager to own all aspects of the email and SMS program, including acquisition/list growth, triggered, transactional and lifecycle programs
- Own creative approval process in Asana and make sure deliverables are being met
- Track A/B testing results and provide insights coming off learnings
- Lead SMS calendaring and segmentation efforts with approval of Email Marketing Manager
- Test and create segments/audiences through usage of CDP (Customer Data Platform) to direct targeting
- Collaborate with Creative, eComm, and Buying to ensure strategies are aligned for email and SMS marketing communications
- Develop bi-weekly reports with actionable insights for Creative team
- Assist with weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting as needed
- Ability to own ad-hoc projects and comfort in making decisions when needed

- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing or related field
- 2-4 years of relevant marketing experience
- Retail/eCommerce experience is strongly preferred
- Experience in Listrak or other ESP is strongly preferred
- Knowledge of Google Analytics/Adobe Analytics or other site analytics tools
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work cross functionally in a collaborative environment
- Creative thinker who is highly organized with excellent project management skills
- Presentation skills a bonus
