Summary:
The Program Coordinator reports to the Regional Director and is responsible for supporting the delivery of high-quality Exam Prep and Subject Tutoring services, principally by performing administrative, instructional, and management activities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in achieving Center Goals
- Perform activities related to student instruction and program oversight
- Monitor all Exam Prep and identified Subject Tutoring student instructional programs. Ensure all student paperwork is thorough and up-to-date. Review each student’s instructional program
- Maintain detailed knowledge of HLC Exam Prep curriculum and operations.
- Assist with Exam Prep and Subject Tutoring initial teacher assignments and recurring student schedules
- Perform identified administrative tasks as they relate to Exam Prep and Subject Tutoring programs.
- Assist in the hiring, training, and managing of part-time Exam Prep and Subject Tutoring teachers as directed by the Exam Prep Program Director.
- Assist the Exam Prep Program Director and Center Director in implementing Exam Prep marketing plans.
- Conduct merchant and school visits (primarily focused on Exam Prep and Subject Tutoring services) in alignment with center goals.
- Assist in center marketing events.
- Participate in daily staff meetings, monthly management meetings, and HLC training sessions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree
- Strong tutoring and teaching skills
- Experience in curriculum development and learning technology a plus
- Proficiency in classroom management
- Background in working with teens

Pay: $38,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:
