**AdvantageCare Rehabilitation** is currently seeking a **Full-Time Director of Rehabilitation** for a large, beautiful **Skilled Nursing Facility** located in **Media, PA**. Previous management experience is required. We are looking for a therapist with excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a team of staff. Disciplines considered include**:Physical Therapist (PT), Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA), Occupational Therapist (OT) and Speech Language Pathologist (SLP).**

**Responsibilities**:

- To plan, organize, develop and direct the delivery of therapy services in designated facility in accordance with current Federal, State, and local regulations, standards, and guidelines.
- To ensure the provision of the highest quality care to residents and families.
- To demonstrate support for and leadership in achieving the mission of Advantage.
- To manage the performance of therapy department personnel.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate of an accredited school of therapy and licensed as a therapist by the State in which practicing.
- A minimum of two years in a supervisory/management/leadership role in a healthcare setting required.
- A minimum of two years as a therapist in a Long Term Care setting preferred.
