Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Athletic Trainer to join our Outreach team at ATI Physical Therapy. As an Outreach Athletic Trainer, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive and coordinated care to athletes, including preventative solutions, sport enhancement training, and rehabilitation services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide onsite care for athletes, including preventative interventions, injury assessment and triage, and return-to-sport readiness.
  • Collaborate with ATI's clinics on proper athlete care management, including rehabilitation transitions and coordination with PT/OT services.
  • Develop and implement rehabilitation and injury prevention programs with athletes and coaches.
  • Communicate effectively with affiliate athletic directors, coaches, physicians, and ATI's internal Sports Medicine team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Athletic Training, Master's Degree preferred.
  • State licensure and Basic Life Support and AED Certification.
  • BOC certified or eligible to sit for BOC.
  • Exceptional communication and coachability skills.
