Food Production Manager

Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and coordinate production activities
- Supervise and train production staff
- Ensure production goals are met within budget and timeline
- Develop and implement production schedules
- Monitor product standards and implement quality control programs
- Optimize production processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness

**Skills**:

- Proficient in using power tools for fabrication and assembly
- Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues
- Experience in warehouse operations and inventory management
- Ability to operate forklifts safely and efficiently
- Skilled in fabricating and assembling components using hand tools

Pay: From $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 48 per week
