We are hiring an Inventory Specialist position at Grow Sciences. The position is responsible for assisting the Inventory Manager in tracking Grow Sciences’ plant inventory, from Clone to Harvest.

Duties include:

- Adherence to all SOPs in all activities
- Properly entering data into our Inventory systems and tracking mechanisms it relates to the day-to-day activities of Cultivation including movement of all plant activity through growth phases: Mom to Clone to Veg to Flowering to Harvest
- Assisting, as needed, the Inventory Manager within the Lab
- Reconciling the Inventory systems with Physical Inventory on a daily basis, identifying discrepancies to be investigated and working with the Inventory Manager to resolve Inventory
- Assisting with the monthly 30-day physical audit of Inventory, both Bulk Material and Plants to comply with Arizona Department of Health Service (AZDHS) requirements and regulations
- Ensuring all plants and products within inventory are labeled in compliance with AZDHS
- Tracking and verifying changes in the cultivation supplies inventory, to include nutrients, irrigation, equipment etc.
- Run reports for inventory-related information

Skills Required:

- Ability to learn the inventory management systems and perform daily functions within the systems
- Proficiency with spreadsheets (Google Sheets, Excel)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze a process and make it more efficient
- Strong attention to detail and ability to use critical thinking skills to identify potential errors within the system and escalate to management
- Ability to stay focused doing repetitive tasks and stay on task
- Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic work environment

Preferred Skills Include (Not Required):

- Previous Inventory Experience
- Familiarity with various systems/software (e.g. Excel, Google Sheets, Inventory or Point of Sale software)

Other Information:

- Restrict cannabis use to off-hours

Compensation & Benefits:

- Compensation range: $20/hr
