**Your Role as a Clinical Program Director**:
- Enhance our staff's communication, enabling them to excel in their roles.
- Participate in recruiting and selecting clinical treatment staff who are dedicated to excellence.
- Impart your knowledge and expertise to guide our counseling and therapy staff, ensuring they meet the highest clinical and accreditation standards in assessments, treatment plans, progress reports, and transition planning.
**Qualifications**:
- **Clinical Licensure** You must hold a valid license as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) **in the state of Virginia **or be eligible for a transfer from another state.
- **Substance Abuse Experience**: Previous experience in substance abuse treatment is essential. If you've worked in detox, residential, partial hospitalization (PHP), or intensive outpatient (IOP) settings.
