This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong clinical network and experience in business process improvement. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of clinical research operations and be able to drive process improvements across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement clinical research processes for CROs, Sponsors, and Sites
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements
  • Utilize metrics to measure process execution and identify areas for improvement
  • Provide guidance and support to customers on process implementation and organizational structure

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of clinical research experience
  • Strong clinical network and experience on the CRO/Sponsor and Site side
  • Experience in all phases of clinical research
  • SOCRA certification is a plus
  • Strong conference knowledge and ability to communicate effectively
