**JOB OVERVIEW**:
The assistant marketing coordinator will work closely with the Marketing Director and General Manager(s) to strategize and execute marketing and advertising campaigns for special events and brick-and-mortar businesses. Our past accomplishments do not secure our future success. Continued success is achieved by providing a quality product and outstanding service. The following should be used as guidelines to help accomplish our mission by providing the expectations:
**TEAMWORK**:
It is necessary for our survival as a business to ensure customer satisfaction. We can achieve this through teamwork and excellent communication skills. Teamwork is defined as, ‘placing group unity and efficiency above our personal interests’. Teamwork not only helps our internal customers (co-workers), but our external customers as well.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
College degree
Excellent verbal and communication skills
Highly organized with the ability to meet multiple concurrent deadlines
Able to provide outstanding customer service and remain professional at all times
Must be detail oriented and have the ability to multitask
Must be able to think and respond quickly and offer solutions to problems efficiently
Strong computer skills including: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, Microsoft Office, MailChimp & Meta Business Suite
Familiarity with HTML, WordPress

**SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE**:
Our goal is to provide consistent, superior customer service. This can be done in many ways such as; going above and beyond a customer’s expectations or listening to customer’s wants and needs. Customers should always be treated with respect, personalize their visit, use eye contact and if possible, try to call them by name and thank them for their business.
