ROOTER GUARD IS HIRING

We are seeking a Dispatcher Customer Service Representative to join our team You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information.

**Responsibilities**:
Handle customer inquiries and complaints

Provide information about the services

Document and update customer records based on interactions

Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving services

Qualifications:
1 year of customer service experience

Ability to Multitask Dispatchers often are moving a lot of people around at the same time, tracking their movements and keeping tabs on what they need..

Positive and professional demeanor

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to listen, speak and communicate effectively

Problem-Solving Skills

Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Schedule:

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Every weekend
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

- Day Shift (preferred)
- Night Shift (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Sun Valley, CA (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

- Sun Valley, CA: Relocate before starting work (required)

Work Location: In person
