**What You’ll Do**:
- Collaborate with Brokers/Consultants: You will work closely with brokers and consultants, leveraging your vast experience to drive results.
- Manage the Development Process: From the first call to contract signing, you will handle the entire development process, ensuring a seamless experience for our franchisees.
- Travel: Be ready to hit the road You will travel 1-2 times monthly to engage with potential franchisees and attend industry events.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Experience: You must have extensive experience working hand in hand with brokers and consultants.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success with closing over 14 deals annually.
- Comprehensive Management: Ability to manage the development process from initial contact to contract signing.
- Willingness to Travel: Must be open to traveling 1-2 times a month.
