We're seeking a **General Manager** to join our team at CRS Packout, a leading content recovery and structure cleaning company here in Georgia. This is a hands-on leadership role, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and isn't afraid to get their hands dirty. You'll play a key role in propelling our growth as we expand our footprint across the state.

**In this role, you'll**:

- **Be a Right Hand**: Partner with the Director of Operations to launch new locations, ensuring a smooth and successful opening.
- **Become a Process Guru**: Develop a deep understanding of packout procedures, content cleaning, storage best practices, and materials procurement.
- **Hit the Phones**: Assist our sales team with outbound calls to generate new leads and client opportunities.
- **Onboard New Clients**: Be the first point of contact for new clients, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
- **Staff Management Pro**: You'll oversee a team of temporary and hourly staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- **Problem-Solving Machine**: Think on your feet and find solutions to unexpected challenges that may arise on the job.

**To be successful, you'll need**:

- The ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
- A proven track record of successfully managing staff.
- Prior experience in the restoration industry is a plus.
- General management experience in any industry is required.
