**Job Positions & Summary**:

- Retail Solar **Representative** is an Appointment Setter in a retail store who generates appointments for solar consultations. (Must have any prior sales experience)
- Retail Solar **Consultant** is a Sales Rep in a retail store who completes the solar sale with the customer. (Must have 3-years prior solar experience)

Both positions work in a retail store engaging customers to book appointments for solar consultations.

Only the Solar Consultant will complete the sale for the customer.

**Responsibilities**
- Approach and engage with customers who visit the retail store.
- Initiate conversations about the benefits of solar energy and the company’s solar products and services.
- Provide information and answer basic questions about solar energy solutions available through the store.
- Identify and qualify potential customers based on their interest, property ownership, and energy usage.
- Use a combination of verbal communication and promotional materials to educate customers and gauge their suitability for solar consultations.

**Qualifications**
- Proficient in reading, writing, counting, and clear communication.
- Familiarity with sales techniques and customer service best practices.
- Experience in high-volume sales or scheduling preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
- Strong active listening and rapport-building skills.
- Professional and pleasant demeanor.
- Full-time availability with flexibility in scheduling.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to learn Cyberdyne's approach.
- Comfortable engaging with diverse individuals.
- Effective negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, or fundraising is advantageous.
- Basic knowledge of solar and construction services beneficial.
- Reliable transportation and ability to work independently.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.

**Additional Information**:
1-3 Year experience in sales and/or Solar is required.

This position is ideal for someone passionate about the Solar revolution, who enjoys helping others, possesses high energy, and prefers an active role over a desk job. Previous customer service experience and familiarity with solar operations are preferred.
