**Job Title**: Software (.NET) Developer
**Target Compensation Range**: $90,000-$110,000/year, depending on level of relevant qualifications and experience

**SUMMARY**: Astiva Health, Inc. is looking for a Software (.NET) Developer who will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions that streamline operations and improve customer experiences.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** include the following:

- Design, develop, and maintain.NET-based software solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement new features.
- Help build the company’s enrollment, provider, and customer service systems.
- Support and maintain existing software systems.
- Adhere to coding standards, code reviews, and documentation practices.
- Regular and consistent attendance
- Other duties as assigned.

**EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE**:

- Bachelor’s Degre in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in software development using.NET framework.
- Familiarity with healthcare industry standards and regulations, particularly in Medicare/HMO environments.
- Strong understanding of software design principles, data structures, and algorithms.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
