OVERVIEW:
The purpose of the Home Equity Processor II is to manage the fulfillment of home equity consumer loans originated by the Credit Union in accordance with internal polices and regulatory guidelines and assign in meeting Service Level Agreements (SLA's) in order to fulfill home equity loans in an accurate and timely manner. This position has no budgetary responsibility, has supervision over daily work to ensure success, and requires analytical abilities in order to perform the essential job functions.

**This is a 100% remote opportunity that may require you to attend in-person member meetings at a local branch or attend events within your assigned region.**

EDUCATION:

- General and business knowledge equivalent to a high school diploma

CERTIFICATIONS:

- Required to register and maintain a unique identifier with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) in compliance with the Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 (“SAFE Act”). This must be renewed on an annual basis from November 1 to December 31. Must also record any changes (name, address, or any outdated or inaccurate information) within 30 days with the NMLS Registry

EXPERIENCE:

- 1-2 years of progressive experience in consumer lending, intermediate level in

processing and fulfillment of Home Equity products

SKILLS:

- Strong resourcefulness, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
- Proficient skills within Microsoft Office and related consumer lending software

PREFERENCES:

- Consumer lending experience preferred
