About the RoleAs a Physical Therapist with LHC Group, you will be responsible for assessing and evaluating patient care needs related to functional status/mobility, endurance/stamina, pain, and other medical conditions. Based on this assessment, you will work with the patient and their healthcare team to develop a personalized treatment plan, perform interventions aimed at improving and enhancing the patient's well-being, and evaluate their progress.
Responsibilities- Evaluate patient's functional status and physical therapy needs, assisting the physician in developing the therapy plan of care.
- Instruct and inform participating members of the healthcare team, the patient, and their family/caregivers regarding the plan of care, functional limitations, and progress toward goals.
- Current Physical Therapy licensure in the state of Pennsylvania.
