Call Center Customer Service Specialist

We are looking for energetic Call Center Customer Service Representatives with positive attitudes to fill our call center in Ontario, California. The Call Center Customer Service Representative is an essential position in the revenue cycle. The Call Center Customer Service Representative starts at $17.00 per hour with performance based monthly bonuses. The schedule is Monday - Friday from 7am - 3:30pm, after 60 days, a wage review and supplemental benefits may be available.

**Responsibilities**:
- Provide professional customer service over the phone
- Utilize a basic call script
- Conduct basic research to generate better consumer contact
- Monitor and maintain assigned accounts
- Meet department defined goals and call metrics
- Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary
- Enlist the efforts of supervisors/management when necessary
- Must communicate & follow up effectively with consumer accounts in a timely manner
Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Organized with strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Computer proficiency
- Ability to work in a fast paced goal oriented call center
- Great and Positive attitude
- Commitment to excellence
- Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus
- Bilingual Spanish is a Plus

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
