As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions accurately, and maintaining a clean and organized checkout area. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication skills.

**Duties**:

- Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using a Point of Sale (POS) system
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions
- Maintain accurate cash drawer and perform cash register reconciliations
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide recommendations
- Perform product demonstrations and explain features to customers
- Ensure the checkout area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with supplies
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding cash handling, refunds, exchanges, etc.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets

**Experience**:

- Previous experience as a Cashier or in a customer service role is preferred
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Basic math skills to accurately process transactions and provide change
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems is a plus
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable, especially if fluent in languages commonly spoken in the local community
- Knowledge of phone etiquette for answering customer inquiries or directing calls appropriately
- Experience in providing exceptional customer service in a retail or similar environment
- We have two locations in Sedona, one near Tlaquepaque and one in Uptown.
- Meditation guides are also needed for our meditation center.
- Readers, Reiki and mediums are also a great plus.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Shift:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

Weekly day range:

- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to Commute:

- Sedona, AZ 86336 (required)
