As a Team Member, you will assist in various tasks related to customer service, stocking, and sanitation within your assigned department(s). All positions require a commitment to providing friendly, courteous, and efficient service to customers and fellow Team Members, while adhering to company standards and health regulations.

Desired Experience:

  • No previous retail experience is necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Perform opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned.
  • Follow department procedures for preparing, storing, rotating, and stocking products.
  • Prepare, package, weigh, and price products for sale.
  • Monitor product quality and freshness, ensuring proper rotation.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of cases and shelves.
  • Complete necessary logs for spoilage, sampling, temperature, and cleaning.
  • Assist with periodic inventory checks.
  • Arrive on time, well-groomed, and ready to work; attend required trainings and meetings.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer needs promptly and effectively.
  • Maximize sales potential through effective product handling and merchandising.
  • Ensure compliance with established procedures, including health and safety standards.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary working environment.
  • Report safety hazards and violations immediately.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Standing/walking for 6-8 hours during an 8-hour workday.
  • Ability to perform various physical motions including bending, twisting, and reaching.
  • Exposure to cleaning chemicals and varying temperatures.
  • Ability to work in wet and/or cold environments.
