Data Entry Specialist

Compensation & Benefits:
This is a full-time administrative position with a competitive salary range of $20 to $24 per hour, paid on a biweekly basis. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and retirement savings options.

**Responsibilities**:

- Accurately and efficiently enter and maintain client and case information into our legal database
- Verify and update existing data to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Scan and upload physical documents into our database
- Perform regular data audits to identify and correct any errors or discrepancies
- Assist with organizing and managing client files
- Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to ensure data is accurately recorded and easily accessible
- Keep track of deadlines and ensure all data is entered in a timely manner
- Follow data security protocols to ensure confidentiality of client information
- Other administrative tasks as assigned

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in data entry or administrative role
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Attention to detail and ability to spot errors and discrepancies
- Strong time management skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to data security protocols
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
