United Energy Solar is currently hiring for a full-time Data Entry Clerk to perform data entry tasks by logging customers' information using spreadsheets at our Gainesville, FL location. This business development position earns a competitive salary of $35,000/year.

This is NOT a remote position and requires the applicant to live in or near Gainesville, FL.

DAY-TO-DAY

As a Data Entry Clerk, your efforts help us improve our business model, resulting in more satisfied customers Each day, you log customer cancellations and research customer complaints. Thorough and detail-oriented, you investigate issues and document your findings. You facilitate productive communication between our owner and our supplier partners to resolve problems.

You know that tracking analytics is a key element of a solid business development strategy, which is why you faithfully input data into Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel spreadsheets. Trustworthy and discrete, you maintain a high level of confidentiality when creating reports that deal with our customers' personal information. You enjoy having a job where your organizational skills are valued

REQUIREMENTS FOR A DATA ENTRY CLERK

  • Computer proficiency, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment
  • Report writing or database management/administration
  • Must live in or near Gainesville, FL
