Our innovative app facilitates strain swapping and social connections through "Smokin' Singles," offering unique solutions to consumer challenges like high costs and limited variety. We empower retailers with equitable advertising opportunities, enhancing visibility across the market. With an initial strong traction of 6,500 members during our beta phase, we are poised for rapid growth and are seeking a visionary Vice President of Sales to lead our expansion efforts.

**Position**: Vice President of Sales
**Location**: Toronto, Ontario (with potential for travel across North America and internationally)
**Type**: Full-Time, 100% Commission transitioning to Equity Ownership
**Start Date**: Immediate

**Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Expansion**: Lead the strategic expansion of both consumer and retailer memberships globally.
- **Team Leadership**: Manage and scale the sales team, including Regional Managers, Sales Agents, and Ambassadors.
- **Market Analysis and Forecasting**: Analyze market trends and customer insights to forecast sales targets and identify growth opportunities. Continuously monitor the competitive landscape to maintain or improve the company's market position.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with the Regional Managers and CEO to ensure alignment on company objectives and optimize strategies for customer acquisition and retention.
- **Sales Strategy Development**: Develop and execute innovative sales strategies that contribute significantly to the company's revenue and strategic goals.
- **Relationship Cultivation**: Cultivate pivotal industry relationships to bolster platform growth and brand recognition.
- **Training and Development**: Develop and implement a training program for sales staff that promotes best practices, product knowledge, and effective sales techniques. Ensure continuous professional development for team members.
- **Reporting and Insights**: Provide comprehensive reports and market insights to the senior management team to inform strategic decisions.

**Compensation**:

- **Commission**: 5% on all sales, reducing to 1% upon achieving 4% equity ownership. The 1% commission continues indefinitely, even after full equity ownership is achieved.
- **Equity Ownership**: 8% total, awarded over a period following a 6-month cliff:

- **Cliff Period**: No equity awarded during the first 6 months.
- **Post-Cliff**: 2% equity awarded every 6 months over 2 years, totaling 8% equity ownership.

**Financial Projections and Potential Earnings**:
To provide a clear picture of the expected growth and revenue potential at Grow and Share, we outline our projections for the first year, fifth year, and tenth year. We also include what the financial outcomes would look like if we achieve 30% and 50% of these projections, helping you understand the impact of different performance levels on your potential earnings.

- **At 30% of Projections**:

- **Year 1**: $1.2 million
- **Year 5**: $7.65 million
- **Year 10**: $44.4 million
- **At 50% of Projections**:

- **Year 1**: $2 million
- **Year 5**: $12.75 million
- **Year 10**: $74 million
- Proven sales leadership experience, preferably in tech or cannabis sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to manage expansive teams and execute strategic sales plans.
- Highly motivated by commission-based roles, showcasing a history of high performance.
- Deep passion for the cannabis industry; direct experience is a major plus.
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit and dedication to community-oriented business practices.

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: $110,309.00 - $146,382.00 per year

Schedule:
