**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain robust relationships with customers, deeply understanding their needs, goals, and challenges.
- Customer Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries, concerns, and requests, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Proactive Engagement: Regularly engage with customers to explore opportunities for cross-selling and securing referrals.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure customer needs are addressed and any issues are resolved swiftly and effectively.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze customer accounts and performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Product Support: Provide demonstrations and ongoing support to help customers fully utilize our products.
- Retention Strategies: Develop and execute strategies aimed at driving customer retention and increasing loyalty.
- Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular reports on customer success metrics and initiatives to senior management.

**Qualifications**:

- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
- Professional Experience: At least 5 years in a customer-facing role within a consumer product environment, demonstrating a proven ability to nurture long-term customer relationships and enhance satisfaction.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in articulating product benefits and handling customer interactions.
- Technical Proficiency: Well-versed in using CRM systems and employing data-driven decision-making.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in cabinetry or home improvement is preferred but not essential.
