**Human Resources Clerical Assistant Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Maintain employee records and files, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
- Complete onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees
- Assist with scheduling interviews and verifying references.
- Assist with the administering health and welfare benefits plans.
- Assist with HR projects
- Respond and process employment verifications.

**Human Resources Clerical Assistant Duties and Requirements and Qualifications**:

- Associate's degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience.
- Previous Human Resources experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment preferred
- Knowledge of basic HR functions
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR databases
- Bi-lingual English/Spanish a must.
- Available to work extended hours, weekends, and on off-shifts as needed.
