**JOB SUMMARY**:
The primary job responsibility of this position is to ensure the accuracy of prices for a customers and to keep Management updated on all changes. The pricing coordinator along with the Sales Administration Manager will determine the appropriate prices and increase for products and services. May include assessing invoices, researching changes in prices, and communicating policies to other members of the organization.

**DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Maintain Customer required excel price lists and Customer Portals
- Update Pricing System as needed
- Maintain the Pricing account files and Price Lists
- Analyze customer pricing to identify outliers in the market norms, in addition to reviewing and processing vendor supports
- Provides backup assistance to the Customer Service Department.
- Update customer pricing as directed
- Assist with Hazmat Certification process
- Additional duties as assigned.

**QUALIFICATIONS - EDUCATION - EXPERIENCE**:

- Vast experience with quoting systems and support tools helpful
- Understanding of the contracting process and contracting systems
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Contracting, Pricing or related business experience
- BS Degree
- Business degree preferred
- Ability to work effectively within a team, independently
- Ability to communicate clearly, effectively to customers and co-workers through verbal and written interactions.
- Enjoys problem solving and finding multiple solutions to accomplish order fulfillment objectives.
- Can understand the needs of the customer and provide options and solutions tailored to fit each particular customer’s requirements.

**WORK ENVIRONMENT**:
This job operates in an office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Lifting up to 20lbs. Constant bending, sitting, stooping, reaching, typing and other office related work. This role also works routinely in the store/warehouse area.

**Pay**

In accordance with California’s labor code, the expected salary/hourly range for this position is between $22.00 to $25.00 per hour. A new hire’s actual pay will be determined based on experience, skillset, geographic location, and other job-related factors.
