HNM Systems, Inc. is a dynamic and expanding IT staffing and consulting organization located in San Diego. We are in search of a Facility Access Coordinator to oversee the negotiation and acquisition of facility access contracts. This position requires collaboration with multiple departments, budgeting for expenses, and ensuring the provision of access, space, and utilities. The preferred candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, particularly in facility access and contract oversight. A bachelor's degree in a related discipline is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the negotiation and acquisition of facility access contracts
  • Plan and manage costs associated with access, leasing, and utilities
  • Facilitate the management of facility access contracts post-execution
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in Facility Access and Property Negotiation
  • Keep updated on market trends and pricing in the MDU and small business sectors
  • Ensure timely project delivery within defined scope and budget
Required Qualifications:
  • 5 years of relevant experience, with a preference for 10 years in large-scale construction projects
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Proven negotiation skills and experience in contract management
