Job Summary:
Fast growing motor vehicle private agency/title company has an immediate FULL TIME office administrative assistant position available with growth opportunity, for highly motivated multi-tasking individual with fluent (ENGLISH) at their new location in Sheepshead Bay, Brooklyn area. Couple minutes away from Sheepshead Bay subway station, train B and Q).

This is a great opportunity for an individual who is detail oriented, multi-tasking with good verbal, written and organizational skills to work in a great environment in a multimillion-dollar company.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5+ years of administrative experience in the USA.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Authorized to work in the US.
- Lived in the USA for over 7 years.
- High School degree.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and critical thinking.
- Orchestrating and managing the company’s calendar.
- Extremely organized and able to multi-task and prioritize workflow.
- Perform other clerical, administrative and miscellaneous duties as required by the Office Manager.
- Accurate data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Previous experience in dispatching.
