**Join our team in **Irvine, CA** as a **Broker Assistant****

This is a full-time, in person position in our office in Irvine

**None **of our positions are commission based or involve cold calling.
- Pursuant to California regulation, the compensation range for this position is $27.00 to $31.00/hour_ and includes eligibility for performance-based bonuses._

**We are looking for people with**:

- 1-3 years of insurance experience required
- Driven and highly motivated with team-focused mentality
- Detail-oriented and dedicated
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft 365 proficiency with an emphasis in Excel spreadsheets

**Each Broker Assistant provides vital team functions**:

- New and renewal account information gathering
- Request and keep track of missing information from outside sources
- Provides consistency checkpoints
- Assistance in accounting procedures such as invoicing
- Data entry into multiple internet based systems
- Incoming call management for the team
