Join our team in Irvine, CA as an Insurance Broker Assistant

This is a full-time, in person position in our office in Irvine.

None of our positions are commission based or involve cold calling.

Snapshot of what Amwins provides to our team members:

  • Pursuant to California regulation, the compensation range for this position is $24.00 to $29.00/hour and includes eligibility for performance-based bonuses.

Each Broker Assistant provides vital team functions:
  • New and renewal account information gathering
  • Request and keep track of missing information from outside sources
  • Provides consistency checkpoints
  • Assistance in accounting procedures such as invoicing
  • Data entry into multiple internet based systems
  • Incoming call management for the team
We are looking for people with:
  • At least 1 year insurance experience or Bachelor's degree in a related field of study
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft 365 proficiency with an emphasis in Excel spreadsheets
