**Duties**:

- Serve as the Chief of the Systems Integration and Operations Branch for the Information Management and Information Technology environment for INSCOM.

- Two year trial/probationary period may be required.
- In accordance with Change 3 to AR 600-85, Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention and Control Program, individual must successfully pass a urinalysis screening for illegal drug use prior to appointment and periodically thereafter.
- Must be willing to undergo and successfully complete a counterintelligence-scope polygraph examination with No Deception Indicated (NDI) on a pre-appointment and periodic basis.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance based on SSBI and eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI).
- Temporary Duty (TDY) will be required and will constitute up to 25% of the time.

- In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience.
- To qualify based on your experience, your resume must describe at least one year of experience which prepared you to do the work in this job. Specialized experience is defined as experience performing administration of operational network services specific to Information Technology (IT) systems. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GG/GS-13).
- In addition to the specialized experience listed above, your resume must show you have Information Technology-related experience demonstrating each of the four competencies as defined:

- (1) Attention to Detail - Is thorough when performing work and conscientious about attending to detail.
- (2) Customer Service - Works with clients and customers (that is, any individuals who use or receive the services or products that your work unit produces, including the general public, individuals who work in the agency, other agencies, or organizations outside the Government) to assess their needs, provide information or assistance, resolve their problems, or satisfy their expectations; knows about available products and services; is committed to providing quality products and services.
