Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving sales and revenue growth by prospecting and qualifying leads, building relationships with customers, and closing sales. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

**Duties**:

- Prospect and qualify leads through research, cold calling, and networking
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to close deals
- Collaborate with the outside sales team to ensure customer satisfaction
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets

Qualifications:

- 5-7 years of experience in B2B têxtile sales, preferably in the fashion industry, with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Knowledge of têxtile design, development, and production processes.
- Proven experience in inside sales or related role
- Strong analytical skills to analyze market trends and identify sales opportunities
- Technical sales experience is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong negotiation skills

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
