Job Title: Inside Sales Representative


We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales over the phone and via email.


Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls and emails to existing and potential customers to generate leads and qualify prospects

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals on a monthly and quarterly basis

- Collaborate with the Marketing team to identify new sales opportunities and strategies

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions

- Continuously improve product knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong phone presence making outbound calls

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Office 365

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
