**Qualifications**:
**FOR THE GS 11**:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following 1) Identifies, analyzes, and resolves a range of budgetary problems in order to develop alternative methods of funding; 2) Handles formulation of budget estimates for programs where funding requirements have changed significantly; 3) Interprets historical financial data in order to determine appropriate courses of actions; and 4) Completes reports via Microsoft Excel and various financial management systems of particularly complex formulas and pivot tables to outline inventory status updates, discrepancies, and resolution status. - **FOR THE GS-09**:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Advises on functions of formulation of budget and estimates to support plans, programs, and activities; 2) Assists in formulation of reimbursable budget and cost estimates based upon historical data; 3) Establishes and maintains accountable property and financial records; and 4) Maintains monthly report records for audit purposes utilizing Microsoft Excel and financial management systems.
