**Job Title: Office Assistant**

**Location: Van Nuys, CA**

**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to provide administrative support and manage day-to-day office tasks. This is a full-time position in a busy yet rewarding environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person
- Greet visitors and provide them with necessary information
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when needed
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files and client drive folders
- Perform accurate and efficient data entry tasks
- Provide professional customer support and address inquiries or issues
- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks on time

**Requirements**:

- Experience with CRM systems
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with excel

Note: All positions at our company are paid positions.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 39 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
