- Reporting to the Dean of Graduate Admission, the Recruitment Administrator serves as an on-campus liaison for prospective graduate students and families. This position requires the use of independent judgement in planning and prioritizing a diversified workload, reflective of a vast number of graduate program offerings.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Oversees projects such as conducting research on competitor degree programs, ensuring graduate program websites align with current processes, communication with project stakeholders, and maintaining various suspect/influencer lead source lists.
- Maintains office onboarding procedure for new hires and assists with documentation of office policies/procedures.
- Compiles and analyzes graduate visitor data and analyzes to provide suggestions for process improvements.
- Completes other special projects and routine office duties as assigned.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum one-year related experience in an office environment.
- Possess excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Must be a creative problem solver.
- Possess excellent oral and written communication skills and be customer service oriented.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Demonstrate a high degree of judgment, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Extensive computing experience and demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Demonstrated experience supporting students within higher education preferred.
