**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and lead the receiving team, providing guidance and support as needed
- Oversee and participate in the receiving process, including unloading trucks, checking in merchandise, and verifying accuracy of shipments
- Implement and maintain best practices for inventory control and accuracy
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless flow of goods through the warehouse
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Train staff on proper handling of shipments, safety protocols, and warehouse procedures
- Put together and check outbound shipments for pickup by 3rd party carriers.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in warehouse management, with a focus on shipping and receiving
- Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues as they arise
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and operate forklifts safely
- Experience with logistics and 3PL operations is a plus
- Excellent team management skills to motivate and develop staff members

Pay: $18.80 - $19.61 per hour
