Viaero’s Shipping and Receiving Associate plays a vital role in maintaining efficient workflow in our Tech Shop. They ensure daily reception of all inventory coming into our location. In addition, they distribute materials in a timely manner within and with associate departments.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Handle incoming/outgoing shipments of all inventory and products for the Viaero Tech Shop
  • Adhere to set deadlines for transfers shipped out, as well as transfers received in
  • Maintain accurate inventory
  • Maintain proper records for warranty products to vendors
  • Maintain recycling and documentation records
  • Create mailing labels and shipping documents
  • Maintain shipping and receiving areas in a clean and orderly manner
  • Uphold professionalism while communicating with contacts inside and outside of Viaero
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must possess clear, concise, and professional communication skills. This includes verbal and written communication.
  • Must have experience working with computer systems and Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel.
  • Ability to successfully pass criminal background, motor vehicle and substance checks.
