  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance shipping efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Minimum of 1 year experience leading a team, with a strong understanding of team management and leadership principles.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience working with TS16949, or similar quality system, or the ability to be trained in such systems.
