**Student Recruitment Manager/Career Counselor**
- Develop and execute targeted strategies to attract high school students, college undergraduates, and recent graduates from diverse backgrounds, fostering connections through campus events, career fairs, and community outreach programs.

- Generate comprehensive reports on student recruitment activities, including event participation, student engagement metrics, and recruitment outcomes across high schools, colleges, and community outreach programs, to inform strategic decision-making and program evaluation.
- Prepare regular updates and progress reports for grant funders, highlighting the impact of student recruitment efforts and the organization's achievements in supporting students' academic success, career development, and transition into Clean Energy jobs.

1. **Education**:A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Education, Communication, Business Administration, Environmental Studies, or a related field is typically required. A Master's degree may be preferred, especially in fields related to education, community development, or sustainability.

2. **Experience**:

- Demonstrated experience in student recruitment, community outreach, or education-related roles, preferably in the clean energy sector or a related field.
- Experience in developing and executing strategic recruitment and outreach plans, including organizing events, workshops, and partnerships.
- Strong background in career counseling or advising, with a focus on guiding students and individuals toward career opportunities in clean energy.

3. **Knowledge**:

- Deep understanding of the clean energy industry, including knowledge of renewable energy technologies, sustainability practices, and industry trends.
- Familiarity with educational systems and processes, particularly in high schools and colleges, and an understanding of the needs and challenges faced by students in career planning and development.
