Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Director of Admissions in achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly enrollment goals.
  • Set and meet prospective student visit targets, conduct admissions interviews, and make outbound calls to prospective students.
  • Communicate effectively with prospective students, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
  • Assist with campus events, information sessions, and open houses to promote Pillar College Inc and its programs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospective students, alumni, and other stakeholders to foster a positive and supportive community.
  • Stay up-to-date on admissions policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with other Admissions team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2.0 GPA required for students employed in this position.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English languages required.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to sit and make phone calls for several hours per day.
  • Computer skills and knowledge about database programs.
  • Marketing, sales, financial aid, and telemarketing background preferred.
  • Valid driver's license.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position that requires working nights and weekends. The successful candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and maintain a positive attitude in the face of rejection and pressure to meet enrollment goals.

Physical Demands

The majority of the time will be spent sitting at a desk using a computer and phone. Occasional standing and walking may be required for events and recruitment activities. The ability to carry heavy display equipment and literature (up to 25 lbs) may be necessary.
