ARLANXEO has a new career opportunity available for a **Capex & Contractor Services Scheduler **at our Orange Manufacturing site.
**As a Capex & Contractor Services Scheduler, you will**:
Be responsible for the Capex & Contractor Services, scheduling all nested contractor services work for capital projects and maintenance support in alignment with the operations schedule.
**Duties include, but not limited to**:
- Develop and maintain a daily and weekly schedule for nested contractors performing CAPEX construction and Maintenance Support.
- Communicate with Production, Maintenance, and Engineering to coordinate and prioritize all nested contractor activities for the Orange Site.
- Coordinate and prioritize all contractor work on scheduled and unscheduled shutdowns in a timely and safe manner.
- Work together with Construction Coordinators as well as serve as the backup in their absence.
**In order to accomplish this, you will possess**:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in the chemical process or oil & gas industry.
- Previous leadership experience required.
- Excellent organizational skills including a systematic approach to problem identification and solution.
- Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple tasks simultaneously with a high level of initiative and ability to work under mínimal supervision/direction.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written)
- Ability to interface and work effectively with all levels within the organization and maintain strong focus on safety and planning.
- Knowledge of Prometheus Planning & Scheduling software is desired.
