Camelback Toyota is a top volume selling dealership in the country and highest volume dealership in Arizona. We have earned Toyota's highest award, The Presidential Award in both sales and service.
No experience is necessary we do offer paid training and constant professional development throughout your new career. Bilingual is not necessary but is a plus.
At Camelback Toyota we do have a proven on-boarding and orientation process to set you up for success immediately with paid regular training.
- While at the dealership time should be spent generating business, following up with potential and past sales, working directly with customers, and training to improve skill and knowledge.
- Maintain and exceed customer satisfaction comparable to both district and region.
- Maintain and exceed Camelback Toyota's minimum number of monthly sales.
- Achieve and maintain sales certification through Toyota.
- Assist coworkers when asked or when customer service deems it necessary.
- Follow all company policies pertaining to attendance, safety, and handling of customers sensitive information.
- Participate in daily training activities.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $25,000.00 per month
