Accounting Assistant

Responsibilities:

- Assist with day-to-day accounting tasks and ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial operations
- Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents
- Reconcile bank statements and perform account analysis to identify discrepancies
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions
- Support accounts payable functions, including vendor management and payment processing
- Provide general administrative support to the accounting department

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Accounting Assistant or similar role
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and procedures
- Proficiency in using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial calculations
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Mandarin required

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
