**Role Responsibilities**:
Day to day duties are as follows but not limited to:

- Prepare federal and state returns for corporations, partnerships, trusts and individuals in an effective and timely fashion using tax software, may including assist in quarter payroll tax reports and bookkeeping
- Develop a strong knowledge of the firm’s structure, policies, procedures, client base and external business relationships
- Responsible to review tax returns prepared by junior accountants to ensure a high level of quality, consistency and accuracy
- Analyze and develop customized tax strategies using our advanced tax planning software for new and existing clients
- Communicate clearly and succinctly with existing and prospective clients both verbally and in writing
- Support and mentor other junior accountant members and conduct trainings
- Maintain continuing education requirements focusing on specific areas of taxation and planning that are of related interest including staying up to date with tax changes and industry trends

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or/and Master’s degree in accounting, Tax or a related field is required
- At least of 3 years of related and extensive work experience preferably in small or mid-size firms.
- Bilingual in both English and Chinese Mandarin is required.
- Experience with tax preparation and research software including Ultra Tax or Drake.
- Excellent knowledge of tax accounting, tax compliance and all types of tax returns
- Demonstrated strong communication, organizational and teamwork skills are required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel and Outlook

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
