**Responsibilities**:

- Lead Qualification: Assess inbound and outbound leads to address client needs effectively.
- Negotiation: Utilize persuasive communication skills to engage and convert leads.
- Consultative Sales: Close deals using consultative selling techniques and effective sales strategies.
- Onboarding: Guide new clients through the onboarding process with professionalism and efficiency.
- CRM Management: Utilize our CRM system to track and achieve sales goals efficiently.

**Requirements**:

- CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems preferred.
