**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct Research: As a Research Fellow, you will be responsible for conducting cutting-edge research in your respective field. Your work will contribute to the advancement of scientific knowledge and technological innovation within our company.
- Collaborate with Mentors: Work closely with experienced mentors within our company to ensure the successful development and implementation of research projects that align with our commercialization goals.
- Publish Research: Share your findings and discoveries through publications, conferences, and presentations, contributing to the scientific community's knowledge and the overall growth of the innovation ecosystem in New Jersey.

**Qualifications**:

- Prepared to receive a Ph.D. degree within 12 months or received a Ph.D. degree within the past 12 months.
- Good standing with the conferring university.
- Must be a United States citizen, legal permanent resident, or possess specific immigration documentation (as described in the eligibility criteria).

**Preferred**:

- Graduates from a New Jersey educational institution or New Jersey residents who graduated from an educational institution outside of New Jersey.
- Compensation, including salary and additional benefits, will be determined following the interview process.
