Overview:
**Duties**:

- Greet and assist visitors & cleaning employees in a professional manner
- Coordinate & schedule cleaning services
- Assist with proposals & quotes
- Provide administrative support to various departments
- Maintain office supplies inventory, as well as client supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Perform general office tasks and assist Owner with special tasks

**Preferred Requirements**:

- Experience as an office assistant or in a related role, or a desire to enter the administrative career path
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Knowledge of Google Suite, Canva, and Adobe PDF, or willingness to learn how to use these
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with basic office equipment
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Driver's License with clean record
- Highschool/GED, Bachelor's preferred

**Necessary Requirements**:

- Must be proficient and/or fluent in Spanish; most of our employees only know Spanish and the Owner is bilingual but prefers to communicate in Spanish when possible.
- 18 years +

**Benefits**:

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week
