**Responsibilities**:
As an Automotive Product Specialist, you'll work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide expert advice on our Kia vehicles, and guide them through our sales process. Your responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with customers to identify their preferences and vehicle requirements.
- Demonstrating features and benefits of Kia vehicles to potential buyers.
- Assisting customers in selecting the right vehicle that meets their needs and budget.
- Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Collaborating with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Kia products, features, and promotions.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in automotive sales or customer service preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
